FEDS' NETWORK TO TRACK BIOATTACKS

June 7, 1999: The federal government will construct a network linking hospital labs, government labs, and public health offices that will aid public health officials in diagnosing and tracking unusual patient symptoms that may indicate a biological terrorist attack.
